We do not operate any betting platform directly. We are not responsible for the operations, terms, or outcomes of any third-party platform for which we provide Cricket IDs.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments for our services are final. Refunds are only provided in cases where we fail to deliver the promised Cricket ID. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the transaction via WhatsApp.

We are not responsible for any losses incurred from betting or gambling activities conducted using the Cricket IDs we provide.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating accounts for minors (under 18 years).
  • Using Cricket IDs for money laundering or financial fraud.
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring Cricket IDs to third parties.
  • Using multiple accounts to abuse platform bonuses or promotions.
  • Any activity that violates applicable Indian or international law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mahakal Cricket ID shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Your use of our services or any Cricket ID provided.
  • Losses from betting or gambling activities.
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.
  • Technical issues on third-party platforms.

9. Responsible Gambling
